Come Together at Our Montana Family Reunion & Group Retreat Facility

The Blacktail is ideal for groups ranging from 10-30 people. All three fabulous meals are served daily in the Main Lodge unless otherwise specified. We are happy to accommodate groups with transportation, packed lunches and snacks for your all day adventures whether spent with in boundaries of the Blacktail or off the Blacktail property. Let us help you schedule a gathering that will set the bar just a bit higher for your next family or group gathering. We pride ourselves on being hospitality specialists and we are sure make your visit the best in the west at our Montana family reunion and group retreat venue.

The Hogan: an octagonal building with an extraordinary 360 degree view of the Rocky Mountains. Designed for, but not limited to group meetings, dancing, meditation, and yoga. Our Hogan can comfortably facilitate groups of 10-30.

Montana Family Reunion & Group Retreat Rates Include:

  • Lodging and 3 meals per day
  • Use of The Hogan building

Family Reunion & Group Rates

  • Rates are based on the type of accommodations you choose, and are shown per person, per day (minimum 4 night stay required and minimum 10 people per group reservation).
  • The Main Lodge, guest capacity is 17: $140.00
  • The Raymer Cabin, guest capacity is 2-6: $200.00
  • (4) Private 1-Bedroom Cabin, guest capacity for each is 1-3: $200.00
  • The River Cabin, guest capacity is 1-3: $200.00
  • Youth 11-5 years of age, in any accommodation: $100, under age 4: Free

Transportation to & from Our Montana Family Reunion & Group Retreat Facility

Transportation to and from Great Falls international airport is $50.00 per trip one way or $100.00 round trip. The Blacktail van holds up to 14 persons per trip.
